Welcome to Tyra Riverbend, onve of the very best ski-in/out ski lodges Breckenridge!  This one-bedroom, one-bath condo can't be matched for location and affordable pricing!  
This professionally managed ski-in/out condo is right on the ski slopes, only 50 steps (60 feet) from the building door to the Snowflake Chairlift - there are no stairs between the building’s exit door and the Snowflake Chairlift, no hills to climb to start your ski day, nor any annoying gates nor turnstyles. The Snowflake chairlift drops you onto Peak 8, which is the center mountain of this huge 5-peak resort and leads to literally miles of green runs (easy), blue runs (medium), black diamond runs (advanced), and double black diamond (expert) ski terrain in the fabulous Breckenridge Ski Resort.  
This one-bedroom, one-bath condo is situated in Tyra Riverbend, a rare facility with its secure, heated, underground parking garage and large elevator that leads to the condo.  The heated garage, with its keypad automatic garage door opener that's accessed from the driver's seat of your car is extra nice after a ski day, when you want to take a short drive to a fun steakhouse for dinner and prefer to luxuriate in a nice, warm car while getting there!  Or just walk 3 blocks to restaurants on Main Street! 
If you'd rather stay home and relax in the comfort of our condo for dinner, you’ll love using our updated kitchen featuring stylish slab granite countertops, and upgraded alder cabinets. This is a convenient place to create your own heart-warming pot of beef stew or chili – it’s easy to cook with our new stainless-steel smooth-top range, built-in full-sized microwave, automatic dishwasher, and refrigerator! (We have a crockpot for you, too.)   We provide all of the kitchen utensils you’ll find most necessary, plus a few extra ones.   The comfortable dining table seats four, and you’ll love the beautifully decorated living room with its gas fireplace that turns on at the flip of a wall switch, the gorgeous sandstone fireplace surround for mountain ambience and the 2 Dish Network TVs.  The condo includes comfortable furniture (there's a new queen-sized sleeper sofa with an upgraded Memory Foam mattress plus a queen bed in the bedroom).
The in-floor radiant heat means you’ll never need to shiver and wait for a gas forced-air furnace to turn on; this type of heat is the quietest in the world, with no noisy, blowing or squeaking heat registers to wake you in the night.
The separate bedroom provides a second TV (so handy when one person wants to watch the big game and the other wants to watch HGTV!), a queen bed, two nightstands, big dresser, and storage chest. The bedroom is located at the opposite end of the condo from the living room, for privacy and great sleeping.  The bedroom is situated in the center of this well-planned ski lodge (no truck delivery noise or city bus noise day or night here like you’ll experience in other Breckenridge buildings that are positioned along busy thoroughfares with the bedroom right next to the noise of traffic). The bedroom provides French doors for privacy and a ceiling fan. There are no windows in the bedroom, due to the “hotel style” design of this 560-square-foot condo. Guests at Riverbend say they love the quiet location and dark atmosphere, just perfect for a great night’s sleep!  
The luxurious bathroom is an unexpected surprise in such an affordable condo. This spacious bathroom provides a deep, oversized jetted tub with tile surround, separate glass-doored shower, tile upgrades, a large vanity with dual sinks, expansive mirror, upgraded lighting, generous storage cabinets, stylish slab “leathered” granite countertop, upgraded faucets, and a heated tile floor to keep your feet toasty!
The most unusual feature of this condo is that there are two exit doors in it – a front door and a back door. The front door with its convenient automatic keypad (which means there's no annoying key to have to keep track of!) exits to a hallway that leads to the building elevator. Since our condo is located on the first floor, it means you also get a back door that leads outside -- it's just a few steps to the outdoor gas barbecue grill and nearby picnic table, and exterior hot tub.
You’ll never fight piles of snow outside our back door because the concrete patio is fully heated every day in winter! (Now that’s luxury! Just bring your flip-flops to access our outdoor hot tub a few steps from our back door; we’ll provide the spa towels!) You’ll love gazing at the stars at night as you’re hot-tubbing outdoors; there’s nothing like it! If you live in a big city, you won’t believe how spectacular our nighttime starry skies are here in the Rocky Mountains of beautiful Breckenridge.
And if you’re not a skier, there’s so much shopping, so many restaurants (more than 100 in Breckenridge alone! -- just 3 to 5 blocks away!).  Concerts, Oktoberfest (in September; don’t miss it), and much more add year-round fun in this fabulous ski resort town.  You can easily walk the 3 blocks from our condo to Main Street – the center of all the activity in Breckenridge – or enjoy numerous free or pay parking lots in town and drive.   Or take the free shuttle called “Free Ride” that picks you up at the bus stop a few steps from our front door, takes you to various spots around town, and later drops you off at the building next to ours. It’s easy! We’re also near Vail Resort, Keystone Resort, and much more -- go there to ski if you want (you will ski free at Keystone on your Breckenridge ski pass), or shop, or tour, or eat, or party.
