This modern mountain home is located near the top of Peak 8 and is less than a two minute shuttle ride from the Colorado Superchair – convenient enough to catch a quick lunch break before heading back out for the day. The property borders Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve and is surrounded by beautiful Colorado Pines. It is not uncommon to spot fox, deer, and other local wildlife right by the home. In addition to having easy access to the world-class Alpine skiing on Peak 8, the Nordic ski area is also right by the home. Plus, all of the premiere shopping and dining that downtown Breck has to offer is less than ten minutes down the hill!
On the main level, you will find a spacious granite kitchen that is fully stocked with all of the plate ware and cookware you will need for your stay. There is a cozy dining area just off of the kitchen as well as a breakfast bar with additional seating. The living area is open to both the kitchen and the dining area creating a spacious and comfortable level. In the family room, vaulted ceilings and expansive windows provide an abundance of natural light. With all this open space you can choose to lounge on the couch, enjoy the solitude of the private deck, or simply snuggle up with one of our books next to the gorgeous brick fireplace.
Upstairs you will find all three bedrooms and a quaint entertainment room. The master bedroom features a king bed, a private fireplace, and an en suite bathroom; after a long hard day of skiing, relax in our brand new master bathroom Jacuzzi tub. The first guestroom features a queen bed and access to a second private deck while the second guestroom features a queen bed plus a lofted twin bed. The entertainment room comes fully stocked with board games, and Apple Tv, other electronic devices, and a sleeper sofa.
Peak 8’s 1,100 acres of skiable terrain are waiting.

* A $200 cleaning fee is also required (waived for longer stays)
* Property Protection Fee $45 (no security deposit)
* Linens, towels, and toiletries are provided as a one-time setup upon check-in.
* Daily maid service, towel/linen exchanges, or toiletry resupply are not provided without additional fees.
