Guests who are looking to stay right inside the heart of all year-round activity should certainly stay in this condo! Ski in the morning and take a lunch break in your condo!
This spacious studio suite is perfect for year-round fun. In the winter, guests can enjoy skiing, easy ski school access, snowboarding, dog sledding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and more! In the summer, guests are able to go swimming, biking, fishing, golfing, horseback riding, white water rafting, and much more!
Inside, guests have plenty of room to relax in the spacious living area in front of the unit’s flat screen TV. The views from the living area are impossible to beat! Look outside to see the slopes on Peak 9, catch a glimpse of Quicksilver Chairlift, and people watch from the privacy of the unit. The full kitchen provides a perfect wet bar area and is equipped with all major cooking appliances and utensils. The large bathroom is comprised of three separate rooms – one for the granite double sink vanity, one for the shower/tub, and one for the commode! Plus, enjoy the beautiful Aspen paintings and nifty mountain decorations!
In terms of location, it is nearly impossible to beat the Village at Breckenridge! The resort is known for its prime location and for being a true ski-in / ski-out property. Resort amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, exercise room, cable TV, and free wireless internet.

So convenient to everything - lifts, restaurants, shops, Main St! Beautiful views, updated interior with comfortable furnishings, super clean, functioning thermostat (unlike many other places, you can actually get HEAT to operate in the mid 70sF). I've made a note of this particular property and will be staying here again.

The property was very clean. The property was perfect for two people. It seemed to have all the amenities needed for our stay. We did not cook during our stay but kitchen was very clean.The shower was very hot with good pressure. The only thing I would say is the bed is a little noisy and could use some new pillows. ( not a dealbreaker though for me) The condo was in perfect walking distance to the slopes, about 100 yards. That made is really nice for my daughter who never Skied before. I would use this property again.

The rental process was quick and easy. Due to the flight schedule, I arrived very late at night. The packet with keys, parking pass, and detailed instruction was left at a location very nearby. They also checked on us several times to make sure everything was going fine during our stay.

The property was very clean and was exactly as described when we arrived. It is walkable to a ton of locations. Due to COVID, they have blocked off the entire Main Street which is now completely walkable. Wearing the mask sucks (it's like this everywhere you go, not just here), especially due to the altitude changes if you aren't used to it. I will say Breckenridge does a great job with hand sanitizer and common sense about it, well done. I would definitely stay here again, maybe a ski trip is in order soon!

Ski colorado vacation rentals were very accommodating. It was snowing hard and we had to move our shuttle up to avoid missing a flight and they worked with me on getting the keys returned otherwise I would have been pushed for time.

Property was clean and had all the accommodations needed for our trip. Bed sheets were a little small for a kind bed and kept popping off the corners but not too big of a deal. The ski hanging rack was a nice touch used it every day. One thing I will say is if it is going to be sunny that day remember to close the blinds or it will be prettt hot in there. Cant beat the location of the village at Breck! We would stay here again!

The studio at Peak 9 Inn was the perfect size and location for my wife and I on our long weekend ski trip in January 2019. This was our first trip to Breckenridge, and we were looking for ski-in/ski-out and nearby amenities so we would not have to drive anywhere for the 4 nights we were there. The Village at Breckenridge is an ideal location....great proximity to the Quicksilver lift and to everything downtown Breckenridge has to offer. We appreciate nice accommodations and would definitely recommend the 4611 studio. Our only (minor) complaint is the lack of hangers in the closet (two hangers doesn't cut it when it is cold and you are wearing a lot of layers).

This studio was perfect! This cozy, well decorated, studio couldn't have been any better for our family of 3. There was just the right amount of space. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of room in the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. The view was gorgeous and we didn't need to use our vehicle because it was right off the main strip. The front desk always had a smile on their face and said "Hi" everytime we walked past. Would highly suggest this studio!
