This studio condo is ski-in/ski-out in the Village at Breckenridge. Located at the base of the Breck's Peak 9 ski mountain, this condo is located less than one block from the premiere shopping, dining, and drinking that Downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Guests who are looking to stay right inside the heart of all year-round activity should certainly stay in this condo!
This spacious studio suite is perfect for year-round fun. In the winter, guests can enjoy skiing, easy ski school access, snowboarding, dog sledding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and more! In the summer, guests are able to go swimming, biking, fishing, golfing, horseback riding, white water rafting, and much more!
Inside, guests have plenty of room to relax on a leather sofa in the open living area in front of the unit’s flat screen TV. Look outside to catch a glimpse of the slopes on Peak 9 and people watch from the privacy of the unit. The full kitchen provides a perfect wet bar area and is equipped with all major cooking appliances and utensils. The large bathroom is comprised of three separate rooms – one for the double sink vanity, one for the shower/tub, and one for the commode!
In terms of location, it is nearly impossible to beat the Village at Breckenridge! The resort is known for its prime location and for being a true ski-in / ski-out property. Resort amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, exercise room, cable TV, and free wireless internet.

- We have discounts on shuttles between Denver Airport and Breckenridge. We recommend the shuttle, as you can walk to both the slopes and downtown from this location.

* Linens, towels, and toiletries are provided as a one-time setup upon check-in.

Best location in Breckenridge. Ski in/out at your foot and great snowboarding lessons. I also walked to Breckenridge Nordic Center and it was an easy beautiful scenic walk. You don't need a car, just take the van from Denver airport (Peak 1 was the best with an awesome driver, Aaron) they take you to pick up your key at Ski Colorado and then you get dropped off at your final destination. Everyone I spoke with at Ski Colorado were very helpful and friendly. Matthew called the day after I arrived to make sure everything was okay. Excellent restaurants across the street such as Mi Casa Mexican, and a little walk to Empire burger and Luigi (best pizza). I rented all the gear we needed from Blue River Sports (across the street). Also a short walk to the Breckenridge Market and liquor. Great vacation!!

Great location! Great Customer Service! We had two very minor issues with non-resort appliances. The owner called me to check-in on us (great customer service). I told them about the issues and they brought replacements within a couple hours. We were on the slopes when they called so I forgot to get a name. But talk about outstanding customer service. There were a lot of forms b/c its a third party rental, but ignore the pain. The unit is the best location in Breck. IMO. Great stay, will be back!

Awesome location! Walk to the slopes - doesn't get much better than that. Place was warm and cozy and a great place to crash after a long day on the mountain.
