This ski-in/ski-out condo features modern art and an updated kitchen! Located where Breckenridge meets the mountains, this wonderful property site sits directly on the Peak 9 Base Area and is bordered by Maggie Pond. The Village at Breckenridge is also conveniently located less than one block from the premiere shopping, dining, and drinking that Downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Guests who are looking to stay right inside the heart of all year-round activity should certainly stay in this condo! Ski in the morning and take a lunch break in your condo!
This spacious condominium suite is perfect for year-round fun. In the winter, guests can enjoy skiing, easy ski school access, snowboarding, dog sledding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and more! In the summer, guests are able to go swimming, biking, fishing, golfing, horseback riding, white water rafting, and much more!
Inside, guests have plenty of room to relax in the spacious living area in front of the unit’s flat screen TV and wood-burning fireplace. The views from the living area are impossible to beat! Look outside to see the slopes on Peak 9, catch a glimpse of Quicksilver Chairlift, and people watch from the unit's private deck. The full granite kitchen provides a perfect amount of counter space is equipped with all major cooking appliances and utensils. The large bathroom is gorgeous and features stone shower walls and granite counter tops! Custom artwork is featured throughout the unit.
In terms of location, it is nearly impossible to beat the Village at Breckenridge! The resort is known for its prime location and for being a true ski-in / ski-out property. Resort amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, exercise room, cable TV, and free wireless internet.

- $15/nt during summer (June-October)
- We have discounts on shuttles between Denver Airport and Breckenridge. We recommend the shuttle, as you can walk to both the slopes and downtown from this location.

Wonderful experience. Both Cade and Justin were amazingly helpful and resourceful. Cade was super helpful in helping us to locate where things are and what to do and how to get around. We had a winter storm Elliot come in while we were there and Justin was amazing at working with us to help us figure out an extra stay.

The place was just perfect. We could walk to the slopes and walk to town. The beds were supper warm and comfy. The fireplace was so cozy and really made the place comfortable. The hot tubs were amazing and all were different temperatures which was an added bonus. If you got too hot in one you could move to a different one that had a cooler temperature. Not that we needed it but they have an acute care located onsite which is also fabulous. The property is very easy to access and the access process was super easy. Will definitely come back.

Justin and the team were great with managing our recent stay in Breckenridge. We called a few times and their team was able to help every time. We even fell victim to the demagnetizing of our door key because of my wallet and they were right over with multiple replacements. Top notch service. Appreciate it and we will be back.

The property itself was in good shape. You can tell that it had recently been redone. It was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping had forgot to leave some backup toilet paper but SCVR had it sent right away. If I were to make one recommendation it would be to get a new larger sofa for the living area. The one there just didnt seem big enough to enjoy a movie with the family. That aside it was a great unit and the location was amazing. Wed use it again.

Great place for 6! We loved the condo, it was right there at the slopes and all the restaurants! Very cozy, the pull out was very comfortable! Four hot tubs and a pool it's a good spot to stay! Just make sure you get detail instructions on how to get to the room once you arrive.

Location, location, location!!!! If you are looking for the place to stay in Breckenridge this one's got it all. Within 1 block of main street, just steps from the lift for skiing, ski rental in the same building and underground parking with an elevator that lets out at the door of the condo. Wonderful kitchen with all of the amenities and beds that have great mattresses make this condo a dream to stay in. Mark this one down!

We rented the condo at the last minute when we decided to make a quick trip to Breckendridge for the long weekend. Our two children took classes at the ski school and the location of this condo was so perfect! We walked literally a matter of steps to the ski school, dropped off the kids, and then walked steps to the lift to head up Peak 9 for the day. Absolutely cannot find a better location. Even though the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cooking would have been easy, we chose to walk to dinner each night and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The one night we chose to go further into town, the staff at the Village Hotel was nice enough to arrange a shuttle ride there and back. The condo is very nice and very clean. Would stay here again for sure!

This is our 4th stay at the Village and we really enjoyed your condo for our family of 5. We had a great spring break week of skiing and snowboarding. You did a great job with the updates in your condo. We have stayed in three different units that were still lost in the 80's. You made good choices in the finishes and should be very durable. We love Breck and will keep your condo in mind for our future visits.

Thank you so much for the condo. We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge. The condo is AMAZING. It was so CLEAN, roomy and comfortable. The decor was great. The kitchen was so well stocked! We wish we had stayed a few days longer. Again, we had a wonderful, wonderful stay!
