This modern mountain home is located near the top of Peak 8 and is less than a two minute shuttle ride from the Colorado Superchair – convenient enough to catch a quick lunch break before heading back out for the day. The property borders Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve and is surrounded by beautiful Colorado Pines. It is not uncommon to spot fox, deer, and other local wildlife right by the home. In addition to having easy access to world-class Alpine skiing on Peak 8, the Nordic ski area is also right by the home. Plus, all of the premiere shopping and dining that downtown Breck has to offer is less than ten minutes down the hill!
On the main level, you will find a spacious granite kitchen that is fully stocked with all of the plate ware and cookware you will need for your stay. There is a cozy dining area just off of the kitchen as well as a breakfast bar with additional seating. The living area is open to both the kitchen and the dining area creating a spacious and comfortable level. In the family room, vaulted ceilings and expansive windows provide an abundance of natural light. With all this open space you can choose to lounge on the couch, enjoy the solitude of the private deck, or simply snuggle up with one of our books next to the gorgeous brick fireplace.
Upstairs you will find all three bedrooms and a quaint entertainment room. The master bedroom features a king bed, a private fireplace, and an en suite bathroom; after a long hard day of skiing, relax in our brand new master bathroom Jacuzzi tub. The first guest room features a king bed and access to a second private deck while the second guest room features a queen bed plus a lofted twin bed. The entertainment room comes fully stocked with board games, and Apple Tv, other electronic devices, and a sleeper sofa.
Peak 8’s 1,100 acres of skiable terrain are waiting.

We loved the 4 pines hideaway! It was the perfect location for our group of 9. Everything was clean and tidy and the house had tons of kitchen items and bathroom items to keep us stocked. They also had tons of extra towels and linens which were great for the hot tub! Location was ideal- we walked downtown on Saturday night and our hikes were all under 25 minutes away. Would love to stay again in the future!

Thank you for a great stay. Four Pines has everything you need to cook from home, even a couple crock pots. We couldnt find the oven mitts, but we made due. There were trash bags, a small amount of dish soap, hand soap, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, and bath towels stocked. They also supplied 4 beach towels for the hot tub. The washer and dryer worked well, just make sure to bring your own supplies for laundry. There was plenty of room to spread out and the place was clean. The private hot tub was the cherry on top to end our day and rest our sore muscles. There were tons of windows and we had a great cross breeze even when the days warmed up. The location is peaceful, quiet, and just what we needed. I would absolutely stay here again.

The property was at a great location and we could see the snow capped peaks right from the window. It was clean and well furnished and very cozy. The house was a great home away from home especially with COVID restrictions and we had a great time. Comfortable in Colorado. Nicely appointed home. Suited our family of 5 perfectly. The open view out the living room and bedrooms is lovely (even had a moose walk by!) but the deck with hot tub looks directly at a condo complex. As with any mountain property there are stairs but be aware that this is a 5 level home (including garage) with half flights of stairs. Loved the 8 ft. garage door so we did not have to remove our car topper! And the garage is heated! Super convenient to bus stop to Peak 7& 8, and next door to Nordic Center.

Great house. Feels much more like a private house than I thought it would when I booked it. Very cozy fireplace in den and Master Bedroom. Hot tub was the ultimate amenity out on the patio with snow right next to you. Central location and close to town but the property feels very secluded and private. There are apartments that you can see from patio and other houses nearby but the area feels very private. We had everything we needed to cook and enjoy the house. We skied at Peak 8 which was a short drive down street. Everything in Breckenridge is in close proximity but still driving is recommended vs walking. I guess you could walk to the main gondola at Peak 8 and take it down to main st if their is high preference to walk. Overall great way to experience Breckenridge and would definitely love to stay at the house again

Everyone had a full size bed to sleep and enough room in the kitchen/living area to accommodate all. Also enjoyed the small lounge area when we wanted quiet or privacy.
