No expense was spared in making Christie Heights Imperial Lodge the ultimate getaway for families and large groups of up to 18 people! This home’s location on Peak 8 — in one of Breckenridge’s premier neighborhoods — offers privacy and convenience. You’re just a two-hundred yard stroll to free town shuttles that will whisk you to the slopes or to all the fine dining, shops and nightlife of downtown Breckenridge. And, the house is adjacent to the Nordic Center for easy access to cross-country ski trails, as well as plentiful summer hiking trails.

As you enter this grand mountain home, you’ll notice the floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the main living area with light and offer spectacular mountain vistas. There is plenty of seating next to the massive rock fireplace and large LCD TV for entertainment. Next, check out the kitchen: Viking gas range and refrigerator, double Jenn-Air ovens, huge marble counters and stunning cabinetry. There’s even a built-in wine cooler for your favorite vintages! The long dining table seats 10 comfortably, and there’s room for five at the counter.

Descend the stairs to the lower level and prepare to be just as impressed. There’s a second kitchen area and large refrigerator, a wine cooler and rack, plus bar-like seating at a long stone island. Another den/seating area invites with a second fireplace and LCD TV/entertainment system. Shoot a game of pool, then walk out the sliding glass doors onto the lower level patio and sink into a large hot tub surrounded by mountain pines.

Of course, there’s every other quality amenity: AppleTV and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home, a gas grill, a washer & dryer, and a heated two-car garage with extra parking in the driveway. The list goes on!

The home has an excellent central location. It is just one mile from the BreckConnect Gondola and Main St. in downtown Breckenridge. It is just under a mile from the base areas of Peaks 7 and 8. It is also less than one block walking to the Breck FreeRide shuttle stop for the Black Route (Nordic Center stop).

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Master suite: king bed, luxurious private bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and walk-in tile shower, huge walk-in closet, private patio entrance, LCD TV and fireplace.
  •  Queen suite: queen bed, private patio entrance, fireplace, private bath with tile tub/shower.
  •  Bunk bedroom: two captain’s bunk beds (double lower, twin upper).
LOWER LEVEL:
  • Master suite 2: king bed, luxurious in-suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and walk-in tile shower, huge walk-in closet, private patio entrance, LCD TV and fireplace.
  • Queen suite 2: queen bed, private patio entrance, fireplace, private bath with tile tub/shower.

Parking
Parking for four vehicles parked in tandem in driveway. Parking on the street will result in towing. The garage has built-in accommodations for storage of ski equipment, meaning vehicles cannot be parked inside the garage.
Additional paid parking is available overnight at the Satellite Lot (1690 Airport Road, $5/24 hours, on red and yellow shuttle routes).

Five star service at Platinum property in the Rockies The management team was second to none. Directions and information prior to the trip were not only exact and helpful but warm and welcoming. Property was prepared impeccably and cared for like the magnificent mountain estate that it is. Not only was it pristine upon entry; but in every corner of every room. We were lucky enough to get snow every day yet awoke each day to a clear driveway and walkway. Most importantly, I have been on a lifetime of family getaways and the management communication and service throughout added to our experience; and was more than we have experienced or expected. We felt like we were staying at a friends home.

Imagine you just got in from a summer day in the mountains or a long day on the slopes. For us it was the slopes. We put our boots on the drying rack that was provided and wet coats in the dryer as you walk in. We then walked through this breathtaking home to recharge our tired muscles in the hot tub as the snowflakes fell on our foreheads. After showers in our suites we joined the group in a massive, fun and amazing chefs kitchen and living area. Friends Group, Family or intimate getaway, this mountain estate exceeds expectations. It was evident from the suites, to the furnishing that this was an impeccable home as opposed to a rental. The magnificent common areas offered us the celebration space for all to gather; while the exquisite suites offered private luxury at the end of a long day. Furnishings were higher end than most nice homes from the appliances to the cookware to sheets and towels. The dcor was authentic and warm. All this nestled only minutes from the slopes and the picturesque streets of Breckenridge. I rarely write reviews, but was awestruck by the total experience. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The team was excellent. Efficient and quick to respond. The only suggestion I have is that they stay in touch over the course of the reservation period. A brief email that the rental funds have been withdrawn from your account at 60 days would be nice. Also at 30 days an email with important information and then an email 1 week out with final details for check-in. We had to call on the day prior to arrival to get the information we needed. Although the response was swift, we should not have had to request it. Overall, the service, property and experience were remarkable. We will definitely use Ski Colorado again and we will book that property for it's size and amazing amenities.

We have been visiting Breckinridge and staying in VRBOs and rentals for many years. This property was amazing. It was very well furnished and appointed with top of the line appliances, plenty of glassware, dinnerware and flatware for a large group. The appliances and cookware were amazing!!! We were able to feed 15 people 3 meals per day using the large cast iron skillet and pots. The overall cleanliness, linens and bathroom accessories were much appreciated. This was better that a 5-Star hotel. The owners should be very proud of their vacation home. We sure felt at home during our stay. Thank you for sharing with us.

The property is a lot bigger than the pictures make it appear. It's cozy and well-decorated, making you feel like you're in a home but not imposing. It was perfectly sized for our company retreat. The best part was the sound isolation throughout the house. People could be playing downstairs and the sound didn't travel upstairs and vice versa. We cooked a lot in the kitchen, and it had everything we needed from an Instapot to a Crockpot to a giant cast iron skillet. This is a great property whether you're traveling as a friends, work colleagues, or family gatherings.

The house is breath taking, comfortable and convenient. Its finishes, furniture, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are all first class luxury. Large kitchen with a huge table that could fit us all was very impressive and a Viking gas range amazing, and there is another full kitchen where we would hangout, ply pool and enjoy the hot tub after a great day of skiing. And to top it all off the property is so close to the skiing it really makes the whole experience simple and easy, go up to ski or go down to enjoy the great town of Breck. This is how time with family and friends should be spent

The property is wonderful. It meets the needs of everyone. Great for multiple families. The parents have there own bedrooms the kids hit the bunk room. Areas of entertainment for all when not on the slopes. Kids loved the having their own area downstairs while the adults were upstairs. I knew I was in for a five-star experience when I arrived to the property late in the evening and the house and surrounding area were fully illuminated. I stepped inside to find the heat set at a comfortable 70 degrees. Admittedly it is a small detail in the overall scope but it speaks to the efforts of the owner/manager to make certain that no detail was too small. I expected a great view, convenient location and first-class amenities as you would of any property within this price range and this was certainly the case. What I didnt necessarily expect but was pleased to find was kitchen appliances, cookware and amenities equal to or better than anything I have in my own residence. The same can be said for the towels and bed linens. It seems as though no expense was spared. The space was ideal for our large group with each level providing a kitchen and a large common area and tv. Perfect for our disparate age groups. Im always skeptical of reviews that are overwhelming positive but this property is well-deserving. I suppose 12 of fresh powder each night would have enhanced the experience but thats the only negative I can find. Thanks to everyone that had a hand in our great experience.

A property like no other! This home exceeded our expectations in every way. The home offered a comfortable yet elegant ambiance, perfect for our "Big Chill" getaway with friends. We fell in love with the "Restoration Hardware"decor, roaring fires in the massive fieldstone fireplaces, soaring ceilings and walls of windows showcasing the private woodlands. We had the perfect amount of space for our "Big Chill" week with dear friends. Amenities galore! The beds and linens were luxurious, the jacuzzi worked perfectly. Huge walk in pantry was well stocked, the double washer/dryer an added bonus. The floor plan, genius - offering identical layouts on each level making this property suitable for larger or smaller gatherings. The new bikes were key to our trip offering access to endless bike trails. Especially loved the convenient location an easy walk or bike ride to downtown Breckenridge. Our group was a very active one - each day we hiked, biked, wined and dined! Charming downtown provided fabulous restaurants, and local artisan shops Steps away from bike trails and gondolas, fabulous venues to for take in the breathtaking scenery. An extraordinary home and an extraordinary week!

My family and several friends (total of 8 people) decided to take a trip to Breckenridge CO during the month of September. We rented a lovely home through Ski Colorado. The service from Ski Colorado was what I consider to be white glove. Every ask was received and answered with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.

The house was in a lovely high end residential community which was very convenient to downtown. We often either walked or biked to visit the many shops and restaurants (mainly for lunch). In the evening we all decided to stay in and take turns cooking. I pride myself at being a reasonably good cook but being away from home always presents challenges as one doesnt have their own appliances, cookware or even knowing where everything is. My pleasant surprise was the gourmet kitchen at the house. High end appliances such as a Viking oven/range and another oven was great to have. The owner took a lot of time purchasing virtually every pot, pan, utensil that I could think of. Suffice to say we were able to make some great meals because of their attention to detail. I would also add that there are a number of food markets several miles aways that were very convenient. The house itself in just beautiful, very well kept and very clean. The many bedrooms (I think I counted 6) were well appointed either with bunk beds or large Queen/King beds. The downstairs area had a large TV, bar area, pool table and even a hot tub outside which my friend used every night. Although it was prior to ski season we had a great time; hiking, bike riding, dirt biking, walking around town and doing a lot of window shopping too. There are many bike rental stores around and bike paths that are very wide and perfect for families with small children. I am a tough grader from the NY area and I would sincerely give this rental a 10 out of 10. I will certainly be renting the property again in the not too distant future.

I am not usually this positive with rental property reviews. This place was Outstanding! Plenty of parking right in front of the garage, which has been converted into a great ski gear/changing room. No need to enter the home with ski gear due to the perfect layout. Convenient to the bus stop, or a short drive to peak 8 base. Clean, well appointed bedrooms. 2 living areas and 2 kitchens. Huge open dining area. Outdoor grill area is covered so its easy to use, even in winter/snowy conditions. Great neighborhood with friendly people.

We rented this gorgeous house for our son's 30th birthday. We had a total of 9 people staying so the assortment of room choices and the two levels were awesome. We appreciated that each bedroom used had its own bathroom. The furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen was better stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils than my own ! The only minor complaint was the quality of the linens and that the driveway wasn't plowed. We got stuck 3 times!
