Big Timber Lodge is a stunning four bedroom home in the heart of the Highlands neighborhood. It has the secluded feel of a true mountain getaway, yet is located a mere three miles from Main Street Breckenridge. This refined Colorado home combines stunning views, relaxed luxury and unmatched comfort, making it the ideal setting for your next Breckenridge vacation.
The great room makes a strong first impression, offering abundant natural light, and magnificent views of the home’s wooded surroundings. Plush leather couches surround a large fireplace of natural stone, creating a luxurious retreat perfect for curling up with a good book, or relaxing with friends and family.
The living space adjoins the dining area featuring an elegant dining table of dark wood. An adjacent breakfast nook lets guests enjoy a nice cup of coffee or hot chocolate while taking in the natural beauty just outside of the door.The fully stocked gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops providing plenty of prep space, while the designer six burner stove makes cooking like the professionals a breeze.
The exquisite master bath features an oversized soaking tub, a steam shower with two heads, double vanity sinks and make-up lights for the ladies. The master suite also features a private gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and a private deck.
Downstairs after dinner, unwind with a few games of foosball, and then make your way out the back door to the private eight person hot tub. The perfect remedy for weary bones exhausted from a long day of skiing or hiking, it’s also the perfect vantage point for stargazing under the expansive western skies.
Additional features include a heated garage (room for one vehicle), in-house laundry facilities, and a large back deck with a gas grill, perfect for cookouts. Of course, any home in the snowy mountains would not be complete without a private (BRAND NEW 2020) hot tub as well!

This house was perfect for our ski trip! Its very roomy we very comfortably fit our 10 people. The house was very clean and had great kitchen essentials. Breckinridge peak 8 parking lot was only around a 5 minute drive which worked out perfectly. There were also plenty of spots to park in the driveway. Main Street was a quick Uber away too. Planning on rebooking this location in the future it was great!!

This is a gorgeous and comfortable cabin with every amenity you can imagine. We love the layout, with the master on the main floor and other bedrooms downstairs. The second living area was a plus so we could divide up for different activities. Views are phenomenal! The neighborhood is amazing, too!

Well appointed home with beautiful views. Very clean with more than enough space for our party of 7. Fabulous kitchen with high-end appliances and very well stocked for any culinary needs. Main living area and deck have plenty of room for all with nice, comfortable furniture. Master suite was great, with a spacious bathroom. Downstairs bedrooms were large and worked well for adult couples. The downstairs living space was great for young adults to hang out in, with easy access to the back patio and hot tub. The garage is huge, and was easy to access and park our SUV in. We also enjoyed the close proximity to trails for hiking or just walking into town. Overall, this is a stunning log home that is comfortable and well-designed. We look forward to returning.

The property is beautiful and very comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out. It was impeccably clean and had every kitchen gadget and grill accessory we needed. The hot tub was also a great feature - We used it everyday of our trip. For outdoor activity, there some hiking trails close by in the neighborhood, as well as, a short drive away. Overall the house was perfect and I would definitely stay here again. The views were beautiful. The furnishings were comfortable. Definitely a home away from home.

Staying at Big Timber Lodge was a great experience! The timber construction gives you the feel of being in a remote cabin in the mountains, but the size and amenities felt like a 5 star resort. My favorite part of the day was having my morning coffee sitting on the deck with a great view of the mountains and Breckenridge Ski Resort. On colder mornings, the large picture windows offered the same view but with the warmth of the fireplace. I definitely will visit again.

The Ski Colorado Vacations team was excellent. We received great communications with driving directions to the office and property, regular emails with helpful info, and the guys in the office were friendly and helpful when we checked in and out. They also called a couple times to make sure everything was great with the house, and it was. Our house was beautiful, had everything as advertised and it was a perfect getaway. Easiest rental experience I've had, and I've had dozens! We will definitely rent from you again!

The home is first rate -- comfortable and classy, a perfect mountain home. The kitchen is state of the art for cooking (but bring your own salt and pepper!), the grill and hot tub were amazing. We had 5 women for a girls weekend, but the house is perfect for multiple families or couples to get away as well. The rooms are each private and almost every one of them has its own bathroom. Luxurious and comfortable and just a short 5-10 minute drive from downtown.

The home is absolutely beautiful. The views from the main room are breathtaking. The kitchen had ample supplies to cook and prepare meals. The hot tub works, and was a welcome site after a day on the hills. The beds were comfortable, and the TVs were good sized for sporting events. The wi-fi speed is below average, but everything else was terrific, including the Christmas decorations. We would recommend this home to our friends and family, and certainly plan on staying there again.

Big Timber Lodge was fabulous. The house was very nicely kept and clean with plenty of room for our party of 10 to spread out and yet gather together for meals and games. The master bedroom suite, the fireplace, the back deck and the hot tub were especially wonderful. Thank you for a great week!
