Beaver Run is also conveniently located less than one block from the premiere shopping, dining, and drinking that Downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Guests who are looking to stay right inside the heart of all year-round activity should certainly stay in this condo! Ski in the morning and take a relaxing lunch break in your condo!
This spacious condominium suite is perfect for year-round fun. In the winter, guests can enjoy skiing, easy ski school access, snowboarding, dog sledding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and more! In the summer, guests are able to go swimming, biking, fishing, golfing, horseback riding, white water rafting, and much more!
Inside, guests have plenty of room to relax in the spacious living area in front of the unit’s flat screen TV and wood fireplace. The views from the living area are impossible to beat! Look outside to see the mountain right out the back. The kitchen provides a perfect amount of counter space is equipped with all major cooking appliances and utensils. The premium spa room is gorgeous and features a stand alone jetted jacuzzi!
In terms of location, it is nearly impossible to beat the location of Beaver Run in Breckenridge! The resort is known for its prime location and for being a true ski-in / ski-out property. Resort amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, exercise room, cable TV, bar and restaurant and free wireless internet.

- Limit one spot per unit. $36.00 per day(Thanksgiving to April 16th) or $10.00 per day (April 16th - Thanksgiving) - paid to the front desk at check in.
- We have discounts on shuttles between Denver Airport and Breckenridge. We recommend the shuttle, as you can walk to both the slopes and downtown from this location.

* One Time Cleaning Fee $160
* Property Protection Fee $30 (no security deposit)
* Linens, towels, and toiletries are provided as a one-time setup upon check-in.
* Daily maid service, towel/linen exchanges, or toiletry resupply are not provided without additional fees.

The condo was perfect for a spring break ski trip with my daughter and I. The Beaver Run condo has been updated recently and there size was ideal for 2-3 guests. The true ski-in/out property allowed to maximize our time on the mountain. We will definitely like to stay here again.

We enjoyed a quiet, relaxing stay in this comfortable and clean condo. We called for additional firewood and it was delivered promptly to the room.
I especially love the ski storage and ski in/out convenience.
The whole experience was seamless from check in to check out.

The condo has an easy and comfortable design. The kitchen is open to the living and dining area. The fireplace is an added level of comfort. The view is of nature, a snow and tree covered landscape.
