Location, location, location--we've all heard it before. At The Village at Breckenridge Resort it just doesn't get any better. The Quicksilver ski lift on Peak 9 is moments away at this true ski-in ski-out resort and the icing on the cake? Main St. Breckenridge is also outside your door. Walk to your favorite restaurants and shops and don't worry about finding a place to park. Within moments you are on the slopes, or ready to eat at the many restaurants offered in downtown Breckenridge.
The Village at Breckenridge Resort is composed of seven buildings: The Village Hotel, Peak 9 Inn (Liftside Building which has 115 studios), the Chateaux Building (with 1-4 bedroom condos), Plaza I (Antero), Plaza II (Shavano), and Plaza III (Wetterhorn) with 1-3 bedrooms condos, and the Maggie Building. The Maggie Building is where you will find lockers, a place to grab a bite to eat, restrooms, and more. The resort is approximately 30 years old, but with the new exterior renovations currently underway, the resort will be an incredible updated resort perfect for vacationing now and years to come. Each unit at the resort is individually owned by owners around the world. Because of this, each unit has unique decor. Since each unit is individually owned at The Village at Breckenridge resort, owners have the option of choosing from several managment companies. Many management companies do not allow the renter to choose their specific unit. You may see a stock photo of a beautiful, remodeled unit and then be given one that hasn't had the same upgrades. The Village at Breckenridge Resort: Parking
With the unsurpassed location of the resort, you can get away with no car at all. You can walk to Main St. Breckenridge, or take the FREE Summit Stage bus to shuttle you all over Summit County. This bus meets right at the resort. For those that do want to bring a vehicle, the Village at Breckenridge resort offers parking for $15/nt during the winter in the underground, heated garage. In the summer, parking in the garage is free.
In summer or winter you will need a parking permit that must be displayed on your rearview mirror. The parking permit has a microchip on it that will open the large metal door when you waive it in front of the reader in the garage. In the cold section of the garage you can park up to two hours for free. Just be sure to get your ticket from the self serve machine and display the pass on your dashboard. The Village at Breckenridge Resort: Studio Rentals
Our Village at Breckenridge Resort studios are some of our favorites. A nice upgrade from a hotel room, our studios offer a full kitchen incuding stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. There is also a coffee pot, toaster, blender, kettle, dishes, and utensils. The kitchen also has a large countertop with room for four barstools.
Each Village at Breckenridge studio is equipped with a queen sized bed and sofa sleeper allowing four to sleep in comfort. Many of our studios have nice views of the Quicksilver ski lift and runs. You will also find the bathrooms are laid out very smart. There are two sinks and this area is separate from the shower / tub which has its own door. At Ski Colorado Vacation Rentals we offer a wonderful selection of upgraded ski-in ski-out condos. For a small family we offer a nice seletion of one bedroom condos. Kids love our moose-themed condo. For a larger family or group of friends, our two or three bedroom condos are the perfect choice.
