Accidental Renter Damage Insurance (ARDI)Oops! It happens to us all--that's why they are called accidents. Here at SCVR we offer our renters the option to purchase Accidental Renter Damage Insurance in lieu of a damage security deposit. Now you can enjoy your vacation without worrying about a misfortunate event spoiling your vacation. For our ski-in / ski-out condos we offer ARDI for a flat $30 to cover you up to $500 in accidental damage, or for $50 to cover up to $1500 in damage. For our homes we offer the $50 option or the $75 option which covers up to $3000 in damage. * Note we do add $5-$6 to Travel Guard's base fee to cover administrative costs in offering insurance.
