Driving Directions to Ski Colorado Vacation Rentals Office

1. Exit at exit 203 CO-9 South to Frisco/Breckenridge.  Go through roundabout.
2. Take CO-9 and go South for about 9 miles.
   
   
3. PICK UP KEYS AND PARKING PASS at Ski Colorado Vacation Rentals Office at 245 S Ridge St, Suite 3A, Breckenridge, CO 80424:
   • Once on Main St. Breckenridge, continue South for about 1 mile.
   • Take LEFT onto Washington Ave for approx. 0.2 miles.
   • Turn RIGHT onto S Ridge St.
   • Look for office on NW corner of S Ridge St and Adams Ave.
     
   • Park temporarily on street.
   • Look for "Ski Colorado Vacation Rentals" sign on door.
     
   • Keys and parking permit (if paid for) will be in a package in late check-in box on exterior of building next to door. Your name will be on package, but not unit #.  PRINT THESE DIRECTIONS AND BRING WITH YOU.
     
   
   
4. Turn RIGHT onto Adams Ave.
5. Take next LEFT to get back onto Main St. (See map below.)
   

For Guests of Village at Breckenridge Resort:

1. Turn RIGHT onto S. Park Ave.
2. Turn LEFT into The Village at Breckenridge entry at 645 S Park Ave, Breckenridge, CO 80424. (This is just past the tall Village Hotel Bldg. on your left.)
3. Take a RIGHT into the parking garage.
4. Go straight and turn at first LEFT for all buildings, except Chateaux.  For units in Chateaux, go straight and continue straight to PURPLE section.
   
5. Hold your parking pass in front of the reader. (This will open the garage door.)

All unit numbers begin with Bldg #. The second number is your floor #. The last two numbers are your unit #. For example, Unit 4210 is Bldg. 4 (Liftside), Floor 2, Unit 10.

For Studios in Liftside (Peak 9 Inn):

• Go to GREEN section in parking garage. Park in this section, if possible. This is right under the Liftside Building where the studio is located.
• Display your parking pass on your rearview mirror.
• Take the elevator to your level.  You can access the elevator by going to a door located right by the big metal door that automatically opened when you inserted your magnetic key.  Once inside this door you will see the elevator.
